Q:  What are your hours? A:  Monday-Friday:  8:30 AM-11:30 AM, 4:00 PM-7:00 PM       Saturday: 8:30 AM-11:00 AM       Sunday: 4:00 PM-7:00 PM
  We do not schedule drop-off's or pick-up's on  Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas.  
  All other holidays, we are open 4:00 PM-6:00 PM
  Appointments are required.

Q:  What do I need to bring when I drop off my pet? A:  Please bring enough food and treats to last the whole visit.

Q:  Why is it important to bring enough food for my pets entire visit? A:  Changing a pet's food suddenly can result in stomach problems.

Q:  Will my dog be able to play with other dogs? A:  Yes, as long as your pet is "dog friendly".  Your pet will go outside and play with other dogs the same size.

Q:  Will someone be at the kennel at all times? A:  Yes!  The kennel is right beside our house.

Q:  Can I bring toys and blankets for my pet? A:  Yes, but we are not responsible for any items you leave.  We do provide clean blankets everyday.

Q: If I'm dropping off multiple dogs, will they be able to sleep and play together? A:  Yes!  The Greyhound Alley has suites that will accomodate this.  We try to keep dog families together.

Q:  Do you require the canine influenza vaccination? A:  At this time, we are not requiring this vaccination.  We do require owners to sign a release if your dog has not been vaccinated.  We do recommend that you learn more about the canine influenza.
